格仔紋豬扒
係呢度既超市, 好少見到呢款有骨豬扒, 通常都係得舊骨加件剩瘦肉, 又鞋又乾, 難得見到兩件有絛淋d 既肉同脂肪既豬扒, 就決定帶返屋企.
用刀背略為拍鬆後, 醃三個鐘頭, 用坑紋煎 pan 煎完兩面後, 放入焗爐焗左二十分鐘左右. 配橄欖油醋汁腰果菜沙拉, 煎薯仔片同麵包.
除中間既瘦肉乾左d 之外, 成塊豬扒都好好味! 下次試下用慢火焗, 睇下會唔會好d.
