肉鬆卷 - 湯種
返左新加坡已經幾天,收拾放假既心情,攞出特登由曼谷林真香買返黎既豬肉鬆, 搓番個肉鬆卷做星期一既早餐,今次用湯種既做法,造型就參照左仙姐十七小時肉鬆麵包既樣.
太耐無搓包,用手搓約300g既麵粉,隻手都幾攰.
卷左八個肉鬆卷, 都幾可愛.
放入吐司模內進行最後發酵.
出爐喇,好香麵包味.
外形都幾似樣,如果可以升高多少少就好喇.
都幾軟熟.
肉鬆都好味, 唔錯.
