再戰法包
唔忿氣, 再要繼續整法包!
今次試下
1. 唔落老麵,
2. 加熱焗爐來發酵
3. 220度上下火, 放一盤水在爐下層, 製造一個蒸氣焗既環境
4. 焗時每5分鐘噴一次水
結果 ........
其實再一次係焗爐唔發大, 但係果樣好似得d 啦!
外面都好脆, 裡面都ok鬆軟啦! 收住貨先 !
